We possess a state-of-the-art security camera system that is located throughout the entire facility. Our storage units are secure behind a 10 ft tall fence that is well lit at night. In addition, access is only permitted to active renters via a personal pin code.
We have two security gate access points, one located at the main entrance on South Main Street, and the second off of Phelps Street.
We have very wide spacing inside the facility to accommodate large moving vehicles and tractor trailers.

Yes we do, we have a state-of-the-art climate controlled facility that is both temperature and humidity controlled. This is no better way to protect your more sensitive or easily damaged items. Climate controlled storage page.
For storage units, our lease agreement is month to month, however we require a 30-day notice prior to vacating. For boat and RV storage we offer month to month, 6-month and 12-month contracts.
We provide a free lock at sign up, but if you wish to use your own, you may do so.
30 days in advance is preferred but not required. We will always do our best to accommodate you and often provide same day rentals.
No, City Mini Storage charges a one time set up fee for $25 which includes one free lock.
When you are preparing to rent with us, we would ask that you inquire with our customer service representative about insurance options and coverage. However, we strongly recommend that all customers are covered with their own personal insurance. Some homeowners insurance policies do offer an offsite premises clause, so please check with your insurance provider. City Mini Storage does not insure your items and are not liable for any damage or theft to your items.
